The present application is led by the Applicant for enlarging him on Parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground of engaging an advocate to le an appeal before this Court and to arrange fees for the said purpose. 2. Heard learned Advocate Ms. Manjula R. Chauhan for the Applicant and learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri appearing on behalf of the Respondent - State. 3. Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent State. 4. Having heard the arguments advanced by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the ground mentioned in the Application, this court is inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant. 5. The application is allowed. The Applicant is ordered to R/SCR.A/14568/2025 ORDER DATED: 10/11/2025 be released on Parole Leave for a period of 21 days from the date of actual release, upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with a surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on the condition that the applicant shall not enter within the jurisdiction of District:Jamnagar and on a further condition that the Applicant shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the Parole period. 6.
