Learned State Counsel submits that though the complaint dated 15.04.2025 filed by the petitioner, a 91 years old person, was consigned only on account of pendency of a civil suit with regard to ownership of the land in question, however, he on instructions submits that the same can be relooked by an officer not below the rank of IPS by perusing the revenue record and documents which the petitioner would produce before the said authority. Insofar as the protection to his life and liberty is concerned, in case any representation is received for the aforesaid, the same shall be looked into expeditiously and if any threat perception is found, appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Disposed of accordingly.
