The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.110 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Jamtara. On 14.10.2023, three unknown persons came to a petrol pump at Kalajhariya and asked the staff of the petrol pump to refuel their motorcycle. When the informant demanded money for petrol, on the pistol point, they threatened him and also looted the sale proceeds of petrol pump from the cash counter. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamtara, in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.110 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
