The petitioners are seeking following reliefs:- "a) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 18.06.2025 Case Crime No. 0190/2025 Under Section 96, 61(2), 352, 351(2) 351(3) BNS 2023 Police Station Kunderki District Moradabad. b) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 18.06.2025 Case Crime No. 0190/ 2025 Under Section 96, 61(2), 352, 351(2) 351(3) BNS 2023 Police Station Kunderki District Moradabad." 3. Learned AGA informs that final report has already been submitted in favour of the petitioners. 4. In view of above, no further order is required in the writ petition. 5.
