Vs. Savitri Devi and others) Under Section 333 U.P.Ζ.Α & L.R. Act pending before the court of respondent no.2, within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. This Court vide order dated 25.08.2025 directed the Board of Revenue to submit report in the matter. 4. In compliance of the order of this Court, a report has been submitted, which is already on record of the writ petition. 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submitted that in revision today (18.9.2025) is the date fixed for disposal and the same shall be decided in accordance with law expeditiously.
