1. At the outset, Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, states that Applicant No.1 who is Accused No.2 has five criminal antecedents and Applicant No.2 who is Accused No.6 has one criminal antecedent. She submits that except one antecedent against the Accused No.2 the details of other antecedents are not mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application.
