Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) CWP No.1773 of 2022 After making his submissions for some time, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner prays that interest of justice would be served in case the petitioner is permitted to approach the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Committee constituted vide notification dated 08.06.2020 for the purpose of the assessment of the purported damage that has been suffered by the property of the petitioner on account of the construction activity carried out by National Highways Authority of India. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the petition is completely vague as to whether the property in issue is outside or within ROW, therefore, the petitioner has no right to go before the Committee. 3. Be that as it may, on the request of learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in the event of the petitioner approaching the Committee so constituted vide notification dated 08.06.2020 for the redressal of her grievance, then, the same be considered by the Committee in the light of the jurisdiction conferred upon it in terms of notification dated 08.06.22020 and appropriate orders be passed within 12 weeks as from the date of the receipt of the notification by adhering to the principles of natural justice and by hearing all the stakeholders.
