JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER Aggrieved by the order passed in interim application seeking maintenance in Crl.Misc.No.54/2022 dated 01.07.2023 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hassan, whereby the Family Court had granted maintenance of an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to the wife, the husband is before this Court. 2. When the matter came up, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the matter is posted for arguments and is coming up on 12.08.2025. This is a writ petition of the year 2023 and the impugned order is passed on 01.07.2023. Considering the fact that the matter is coming up for arguments, at this stage this Court is not inclined to interfere with this writ petition. Hence, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i.
