Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 11th July, 2025, whereby one Dr. Devendra Singh has been given additional charge of Regional Ayurvedic and Unani Officer, Mainpuri, whereas he is currently working as Medical Officer, Ayurvedic Hospital, Kumhaul, District Mainpuri. Learned Senior Advocate has submitted that once petitioner's representation has been directed to be considered for retaining him at Mainpuri under the order of this Court dated 7th July, 2025 vide Writ - A No.- 8603 of 2025 and if he is further transferred to join any other post, the representation made by her would get rendered infructuous. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that adjustment of Dr. Devendra Singh has not been done in the place where petitioner was posted rather it is an additional charge which is given and, therefore, it is absolutely misplaced submission advanced by learned Senior Advocate that the representation made by the petitioner would get rendered infructuous on account of order dated 11th July, 2025. Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and having perused the records and the order dated 11th July, 2025, I find that it is an additional charge which has already been given to Dr. Devendra Singh while he continues to be posted at Ayurvedic Hospital, Kumhaul, District Mainpuri and, therefore, it is hereby provided that until representation of the petitioner is decided as per the directions issued by this Court under its order dated 7th July, 2025 in Writ – A No.- 8603 of 2025, no permanent posting of any medical officer shall be made as Regional Aurvedic and Unani Officer, Mainpuri.
