Dated this the 02nd day of April, 2025 JUDGMENT The petitioner challenges Ext.P13 passed by the Government after considering a representation submitted by them, primarily alleging that the 2nd respondent was pretending to be a Kazi appointed under the provisions of the Kazi Act, 1880. The petitioner alleges that the 2nd respondent was never appointed as a Kazi and he has fabricated documents, including using the Government seal. Based on the above allegation, Ext.P13 mentions the registration of criminal cases under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the IPC against the 2nd respondent. As regards the other relief sought by the petitioner in Ext.P13 representation, the Government found that those are civil disputes to be sorted out elsewhere. Going through Ext.P13, it cannot be said that the stand of the Government is wrong.
