No. 52848 of 2025, wherein it has been stated in para-6 of the order that the petitioners have 15 criminal antecedents, whereas learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as a matter of fact, the petitioner No.1 has 20 criminal antecedents and petitioner No.2 has 6 criminal antecedents, besides the present one, and however, he could not bring it to notice of this Court by stating the same in the bail petition on account of ignorance of the pairvikar. 2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is allowed modifying Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68762 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 para-6 of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52848 of 2025 to the extent that petitioner No.1 has 20 criminal antecedents and petitioner No.2 has 6 criminal antecedents, subject to payment of cost of Rs.15,000/- payable to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. 3. This order would be integral part of the order dated 11.08.2025. 4.
