(4) Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of alternate remedy with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. (5) Since petitioner was pursuing remedy before this Court for substantially long period of time, therefore, he shall be at liberty to claim benefit of Section 14 of Limitation Act before the Tribunal.
