Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.330 of 2023, S.T. Case No.115 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-I, Simdega.
Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.4238 of 2024 by order dated 23.08.2024 with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial.
On 08.05.2023, son of the Informant Ravi Kumar went missing. Subsequently, his dead body was found from a place near Kathal Tand at National Highway-143. FIR was instituted against unknown persons. During course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and some incriminating articles were recovered from his possession.
It was submitted that though the petitioner is in custody for more than two years, but the trial has not yet been concluded. It was further submitted that eight witnesses still remain to be examined.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned P. P. on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-I, Simdega, in connection with Kolebira P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.330 of 2023, S.T. Case No.115 of 2023.
