By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.336 of 2023 dated 30.10.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 504 and 506 of IPC, registered with P.S. Doiwala, District Dehradun. 5. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted by the Police on 21.09.2024 against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact and he prays that the liberty is given to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. In view of the above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with the aforesaid liberty. 8. Interim order dated 07.01.2025 stands vacated.
