JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH 10.04.2025 [1] Heard Mr. Kh. Thoungamba, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents. [2] The present application has been filed with a prayer for modification of the directions contain in para 5 (i) of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Court in WP (C) No. 194 of 2024. For ready reference, the direction No. (i) mentioned above is reproduced herein under:- “(i) The Additional Chief Secretary (Health & FW), Government of Manipur is hereby directed to consider the joint representation dated 28-09-2021 submitted by the petitioners on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and guidelines and to dispose of the same by issuing appropriate order.” KABORAMBAM SAPANA CHANU Digitally signed by KABORAMBAM SAPANA CHANU Date: 2025.04.10 16:10:19 +05'30' Page 2 [3] The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that the date of the representation mentioned in the above direction should be 28.02.2024 and not 28.09.2021 which has been wrongly quoted. The learned counsel further prays that the said direction may be slightly modified by inserting some words as proposed in the present application. [4] Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that she has no objection in allowing the present application praying for modification of the order passed by this Court. [5] Taking into consideration, the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is satisfied that the direction given at paragraph 5 (i) of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed by this Court in WP (c) No. 194 of 2024, which has been reproduced hereinabove, needs to be modified. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the above quoted directions should read as under:- “(i) The Additional Chief Secretary (Health & FW), Government of Manipur is hereby directed to consider the joint representation dated 28.02.2024 submitted by the petitioners on its own merits and strictly in terms of applicable rules and guidelines and keeping in view the proposal submitted by the Page 3 Director of Health Services, Manipur in his letter dated 28.09.2021 and to dispose of the same by issuing appropriate order. [6] With the aforesaid modification, the present application stands closed. JUDGE Sapana
