The contention of the petitioner is that he has no relatives, and none of his family members are coming forward to offer sureties. He has been estranged from his family, and in view of the above, the petitioner is unable to furnish sureties. Hence, he seeks modification of the bail condition to permit execution of a personal bond. 3. Considering that bail was granted on 18.12.2024 and almost eight months have passed since the order, and since the petitioner continues to remain in custody, it is evident that he has been unable to comply with the bail condition. 4. In view of the same, the condition is modified, and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety. 5.
