MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1103 days in filing the application to bring on record the legal heirs of the second appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of second appellant and to permit the appellant to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions and the learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to file vakalat for the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
