Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:122151 Court No. - 52 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 10318 of 2025 Petitioner :- Pavitra Sharma And 2 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kamal Kumar Kesherwani Counsel for Respondent :- Archana Singh,C.S.C. Hon'ble Mrs. Manju Rani Chauhan,J. Heard Mr. Kamal Kumar Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent. The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the
order dated 19.06.2024 issued by Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj in respect to the mutual transfer of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner had moved an application for mutual transfer, but despite their request that they are not interested to join at the transferred place, the order impugned has been passed, rejecting the claim. Relying upon the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the cases of Km. Sweta vs. State of U.P. and 2 others, decided on 05.03.2024 passed in Writ-A No.3418 of 2024 and Shubhangi Rastogi vs. State of U.P. and 5 Others, decided on 24.04.2024 passed in Special Appeal No.325 of 2024, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 5 submits that this is not permissible because once an order has been passed on a mutual transfer application, it cannot be revoked. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed.
