This is an application under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail in respect of All Women Police Station Case No. 06/2025. 3. Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statements have also been recorded. 4. Since the petitioner has been co-operating with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his bail application is allowed. 5. Therefore, the interim bail granted in favour of the petitioner on 19.02.2025 is hereby made absolute. The bail application accordingly stands disposed of. The CD shall be returned.
