This Writ Petition was disposed of on 2 RRR, J & JS, J C.C.No.405 of 2021 11.02.2013. Aggrieved by the same, the respondents therein had moved W.A.No.870 of 2013, which came to be dismissed on 22.10.2019. 2. Thereafter, the present Contempt Case came to be filed on account of non-payment of dues, which are payable to the petitioner. 3. Sri Rama Rao Kochiri, learned counsel appearing for the 9th respondent submits that the dues of the petitioner have been cleared. 4. Sri P. Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though there is ostensible compliance with the directions of this Court, the petitioner would be entitled for further payments and the same may be left open. 5. Recording the above statement, this Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of his remedies in law. There shall be no order as to costs.
