PATIL) This petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.04.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.20477/2021. 2. The operative portion of the impugned order reads as under: "If such representation is filed within the time as aforesaid, the fourth respondent shall consider the petitioner's request and take necessary measures for a consensus determination as contemplated under Section 29(2), otherwise under Section 29(3) of the KIAD Act and keep the petitioner informed about the same within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of the representation as aforesaid." 3. The respondent entered appearance and filed the detailed affidavit. The affidavit is accompanied with Annexure-R1, a copy of the order dated 08.01.2024. 4. We have perused the affidavit and the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by the accused. In view of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41961-DB CCC No. 1229 of 2023 aforesaid order, we are of the considered view that the direction of the learned Single Judge dated 11.04.2022 passed in W.P.No.20477/2021 has been complied with. 5. However, it is open for the complainant to assail the order dated 08.01.2024, if so advised, in accordance with law. 6. With the above observations, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
