The applicant/petitioner is the father of the minor child/Seyyon Selvam and husband of the respondent/D.Vinothini. After elaborate arguments, both the counsels agreed to grant visitation rights to the applicant/father of the minor child/Seyyon Selvam between 4pm and 6pm on the every 2nd and 4th week of Sundays of each month. 4. Accordingly, A.No.3593 of 2025 is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) The applicant/petitioner is permitted to visit his son/Seyyon Selvam at Anjaneyar temple, Namagiripettai, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month between 4pm and 6pm. (b) The respondent/wife is directed to bring her minor child/Seyyon Selvam to the said place without any fail.
