Heard the submissions of learned counsel Ms.Archita Nambiar appearing for the learned counsel Sri.Mahesh Y.L for the petitioner-wife and learned counsel Sri. B.N.Mahesh Chandra for respondent-husband. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that respondent has no objection for granting the relief as sought for in the present petition. 4. In view of the aforementioned, the following order: ORDER i. The above petition is allowed; - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26962 CP No. 452 of 2024 ii. MC No.326/2024 pending on the file of the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Tumkur shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Bengaluru; iii. Both the parties shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, on 20.08.2025 without the requirement of any further notice being issued in this regard; iv. It shall be open to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, to assign the transferred case to an appropriate Court; v.
