The appellant has filed the present appeal for enhancement of compensation awarded by the learned Accident Claims Tribunal, Karnal.
Order sheets shows that the present appeal was dismissed prosecution vide order dated 23.3.2023 passed by a ordinate Bench of this Court, which reads as follows :

Same was the position on 02.03.2017, 28.09.2017, 09.04.2018, 29.05.2018, 26.10.2018 and 24.04.2019 and it was on 06.09.2019 that learned counsel for the appellant was present whereupon notice of motion was issued for 19.03.2020.
