THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED. 3 CONCILIATION ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/s and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/s are present. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/s on instruction from the petitioner/s-accused and the respondents along with his counsel have filed the joint memo, which reads as under: “1. Plaintiffs and defendants before the trial court have amicably settled their disputes in the Lok Adalat based on the following terms and conditions. a. Plaintiffs agree and undertake not to seek reinstatement of their membership in the first defendant institute, as they are not inclined to utilize the same. b. Defendants agree and undertake to refund Rs.3,00,000/- (three Lakhs rupees only) to the plaintiffs, being 50% of the membership fee paid by the plaintiff for membership in the defendant institute on or before the 20th Juanuary, 2026. c. As defendants agree and undertake to display the outcome of the Lok Adalath award on the notice board of the first defendant institute thereby withdrawing the "Persona Non Grata" (with proof of the same to the plaintiff) reference made to the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs have unconditionally withdrawn all allegations against the defendants. d. Plaintiffs agree to withdraw (O.S.No.25360/2021) on the file of Hon'ble LVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, 4 Mayo Hall-(CCH-58) on the basis of this joint memo. The plaintiffs withdraw unconditionally all allegations against the defendants. e. Both parties agree and undertake not to prosecute or pursue any further calls or complaints against each other. All existing complaints pending before other forum against the defendants is undertaken by the plaintiffs to with withdrawn. f. Defendants have no objections to refund the entire court fee paid by the plaintiffs before the trial court. The same may be refunded in favour of plaintiff No.2. g. Both parties to bear their own costs. WHEREFORE the petitioners and respondents pray that this Hon'ble court be pleased to dispose off the above case in terms of this Joint Memo.” 4.
