(ORAL) 1. The petitioner through instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 08.09.2025 passed by Ld. Addl. District Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib whereby respondent has been permitted to tender fresh affidavit only with the correction in kharsra numbers from previous affidavit. 2. A dispute with respect to apportionment of compensation is pending before Ld. ADJ Fatehgarh Sahib. The respondent herein moved an application before Ld. ADJ seeking amendment of written statement. The said application was ordered to be deferred. The application was confined to correction in khasra numbers. He filed another application seeking permission to re-examine himself in evidence. Ld. ADJ by impugned order has allowed respondent to file fresh affidavit only with the correction in khasra numbers.
