Mr. Narendra Bali, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the instant revision is not maintainable, therefore, he may be given the liberty to avail the remedy as per law. 4. In view of the statement as given, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the revisionist to avail the appropriate remedy as per law. 5.
