The plaintiffs filed the main suit for the relief of permitting the 1 st plaintiff trust to sell the schedule mentioned property and to utilise the sale proceeds for the benefit of the Trust. Therefore, the plaintiffs filed this application to grant leave to file the present suit. 3.
