This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 6.3.2025 passed by the District Judge, Bijnor rejecting the transfer application. 2. In view of the Division Bench of this Court passed in Transfer Application (Civil) No.121 of 2021 (Babu Singh and others vs. Raj Bahadur Singh and others), a revision is maintainable against the order passed by the District Judge, Bijnor in exercise of powers under Section 24 CPC. 3. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a revision against the order impugned. 5. Certified copy, if any, be returned to learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining xerox copy of the same on record.
