This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 17.05.2025 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Amritsar (Annexure P-5) whereby an application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC has been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the present case, even as per the lease deed dated 24.03.2017, only Jasbir Singh Gill is tenant and thus, in case any company alleges itself to be in possession then it would be apparent that it is a case of subletting. It is further submitted that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, during the course of trial in the present case and also to avail all the remedies as available to him in the eviction petition filed by the petitioner against Jasbir Singh Gill. 3.
