The petitioner has admittedly misled the Court that despite he was terminated from service wayback on 12.10.2011 and he was aware of it as mentioned by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4, but this fact was not disclosed in this writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not able to deny this fact. 3. The petitioner has not come up before this Court with clean hands, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed.
