The challenge in the present petition is regarding the cognizance order which was passed by the learned Magistrate taking cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354, 509 and 506 r/w 34 IPC against A2. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the impugned order of cognizance by preferring revision. 3 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies according to law by preferring revision against the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate taking cognizance.
