"C", Page Nos. 22-23 of Application, inter alia, stating that Society needs to receive a judge order to complete the procedure of transferring the documents and ownership of the premises from the estate of late Shri. He has applied to the Society with all necessary documents. Society is directed to see that compliance under the bye-laws is effected and if that is so, Society shall effect the said transfer. 4. Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a) That the Respondent be directed to transfer the share certificate and Loan Stocks Bonds in respect of Flat No. 54 in the Respondent Society in the sole name of the Applicant as owner thereof." 5.
