The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 7.5.2025 passed by Sessions Judge, Ghazipur in Criminal Revision No. 291 of 2024, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 8.8.2024 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur in Complaint Case No. 69102 of 2023, whereby complaint has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
