The present petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent No.4 to send intimation slip to respondent No.3 regarding purchase of schedule properties by the petitioner.
2. The petitioner in effect has sought for effecting of revenue entries of land which has been converted to non-agricultural purpose. It is made out from the facts

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41756 WP No. 5350 of 2014 that respondent No.5 had sold the schedule properties to M/s. Prestige Valley View Estates Pvt. Ltd., under registered sale deed and in the year 2009 onwards, M/s. Prestige Valley View Estates Pvt. Ltd., is stated to have executed sale deeds conveying the schedule properties to the petitioner. It is submitted that despite such sale deeds reflecting transfer of ownership, there was no change in the entries.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that as the land is a converted land, the petitioner is required to make out a fresh representation to the Tahsildar - respondent No.3 and if such representation is made, giving details of the sale deeds along with orders effecting conversion of land to non-agricultural propose, necessary entries would be effected as per procedure and in terms of the applicable law.

Learned counsel to the petitioner submits that they have made various representations, but would make

order from this Court disposing of the writ petition.
5. In light of the stand of the learned Government Counsel, petition is disposed of. The petitioner to make out representation to respondent No.3 - Tahsildar within 10 days, seeking effecting of transfer of revenue entries by enclosing sale deeds, copy of orders converting land to non-agricultural purpose and other documents. Upon such representation being made and the petitioner making out all other clarifications and submitting documents as may be required, the respondent - State to pass necessary orders on the said representation within a period of six weeks thereafter.
6. Insofar as the request of the petitioner at prayer No.(i) is concerned, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the question of sending intimation slip does not arise so far as land is already converted to non-agricultural purpose. The said submission is taken

disposed of.
