This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 7.7.2025 passed by District Judge, Aligarh rejecting the transfer application filed by the petitioner under Section 24 of the C.P.C. This Court in Case of Babu Singh and other Vs. Raj Bahadur Singh and others in Transfer Application (Civil) No.121 of 2021 decided on 10.11.2022 has held that an order passed by District Judge under Section 24 C.P.C. is revisible under Section 115 C.P.C. 3. In view of the same, this petition is not maintainable. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law.
