The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: i) Call for records; ii) Issue a writ of Certiorari by quashing the proceedings of the first respondent dated 22.01.2025, a decision pronounced on 07.04.2025 in deferring the applications for variation of condition of permits listed in Sl.No.138/Sub.No.52/2023(D), Sl.No.139/Sub. No.94/2023(D), Sl.No.140/Sub.No.97/2023(D) & Sl.No.143/Sub.No.105/2023(D) dated 22.01.2025 a decision pronounced on 07.04.2025 vide Annexures- Q, R, S & T respectively. iii) Direct the first respondent to consider the applications dated 25.08.2023, 16.10.2023, 18.10.2023 and 23.11.2023 vide Annexures-G, H, J and K respectively filed for variation of condition of permit and grant the variation as prayed for in the applications on or before 30.08.2025 and report the compliance to this Hon'ble Court. 4. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 5. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not pressing prayer (ii). - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28084 WP No. 21862 of 2025 The oral submission about non-pressing of prayer (ii) is placed on record. 6. As far as prayer (iii) is concerned, counsel for the petitioners submits that a Mandamus may be ordered directing the first respondent to consider the representations dated 25.08.2023, 16.10.2023, 18.10.2023 and 23.11.2023 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexures-G, H, J and K on or before 31.08.2025. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 7. A mandamus is ordered directing the first respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 25.08.2023, 16.10.2023, 18.10.2023 and 23.11.2023 vide Annexures-G, H, J and K, in accordance with the law on or before 31.08.2025, if not already considered as of today. The compliance report to be submitted by the first respondent to this Court on 03.09.2025. 8.
