Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceedings be initiated against the respondent for not complying the
order dated 27.5.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co of this Court in CRM-M-29672-2025 titled as “ State of Punjab and others”, vide which the petition with disposed of with a direction “…to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representation dated 14.1.2025 (Annexure P within a period of one month, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Needless to say, if any threat is found to the petitioner, the official respondents would provide him adequate security in order to protect their life and liberty.”
