The present application has been preferred: “for the transfer of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 116 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada, Bihar to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court Patna, Bihar.” 3. The lady has shown her inability to attend the proceedings at the present place and reasons also assigned. 4. Learned counsel representing the opposite party also says that he has difficulty and there is apprehension in appearing before the transferred place but if he is allowed to appear through the video conferencing, has no objection. In that background, with the consent of both the parties, Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 116 of 2025 is hereby transferred from the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna with liberty to both parties to appear either physically or virtually through video conferencing. 7. In the event that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna considers the physical presence of the parties necessary for the purpose of mediation, an appropriate order may be passed directing the parties to remain physically present on the particular date fixed for such mediation. 8.
