By this application, the applicants have sought quashing of FIR No. 222 of 2021 and the proceedings arsing therefrom. This case pertains to offences under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). 2. There was no interim order in this application. It was adjourned from time to time for the parties to explore the possibility of settlement. It appears that no settlement could come through. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants as well as respondent No. 2 inform this Court that with passage of time charge has been framed, and as on today, the evidence of prosecution witness No. 1 is being recorded.
