ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 06.01.2025 and 04.02.2025 vide Annexures 'D1' and 'D2' wherein the petitioner has requested for revised pension along with arrears.
2. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not passed any order on the said representations.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if a reasonable time is granted, respondent Nos.2 and 3 would consider the representations dated 06.01.2025 and 04.02.2025 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition is
disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated

06.01.2025 and 04.02.2025 vide Annexures 'D1' and 'D2' and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
5. The said exercise shall be undertaken and completed within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
