The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Masalia P.S. Case No. 20/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 & 411 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dumka. 3. On 01.04.2024 at about 7:00 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and took away his mobile phone. During the course of investigation, the stolen mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dumka in connection with Masalia P.S.
