Learned counsel for the parties on instructions are at ad idem that the arbitrator has been appointed and arbitration proceedings have been initiated. 3. These appeals are disposed of with liberty to the parties to file an application before the arbitrator for an interim relief. 4. There is no doubt in the eventuality of an application being filed, the same would be considered by the arbitrator in accordance with law. 5.
