This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a writ, order or direction in the nature of prohibition to prohibit the learned Tehsildar, Tehsil-Pailani, District-Banda, respondent no.3 from proceeding with the case no. T202507110701390 of 2025 (Gram Sabha Vs. Lotan) U/S 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, which relates removal of illegal encroachment over Navin Parti/Abadi land bearing plot no.639 situated at Mauja Chakala, Village-Chilla, Tehsil-Pailani, District-Banda and for a direction in the nature of writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 2.6.2025 passed by him in the aforesaid proceeding. (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition it appears that notice issued under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge. The petitioner has remedy of filing reply to the said notice before the authority concerned. 3. Writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is not maintainable. 4. Dismissed.
