This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quash the order/notice dated 30.04.2025 passed/issued by Assistant Collector/Tehsildar Khaga District Fatehpur by which they have imposed damages charge of Rs. 38,400/-for illegal possession of Gata No. 90Ka Measuring area 0.0120 hectare." 2. From perusal of the material on record, it appears that a notice under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been issued, which is under challenge. 3. To the said notice petitioner has a remedy of filing reply. In case, if the petitioner files a reply to the aforesaid notice, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law. 4. Writ petition stands disposed of.
