Mr. Satyendra Singh Lingwal, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, appears through V.C. 4. The petitioner is praying for the following relief(s): i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to consider claim of Petitioner for regularization on the post occupied by him or on any other equivalent posts w.e.f. the date of his initial engagement and pay him all consequential benefits. ii) Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. iii) Award cost of the Petition to the present Petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue, as raised in the present petition, is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in bunch of Writ Petitions leading one Writ Petition (SS) No. 436 of 2024, “Ajay Kumar and Others versus State of Uttarakhand and Others, decided on 06.01.2025. 6. Mr. Satyendra Singh Lingwal, learned counsel for the respondents, fairly submits that the issue, as raised in this petition, is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment. 7. In view of the statement as given 2025:UHC:4976 above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment rendered by this Court in bunch of Writ Petitions leading one Writ Petition (SS) No. 436 of 2024, “Ajay Kumar and Others versus State of Uttarakhand and Others, decided on 06.01.2025.
