Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed an application on 28.02.2025 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran with reference to Maintenance Case No. 281-M/10 seeking enhancement of maintenance amount, but the same application is still pending. Learned counsel further submits that the first prayer made by the petitioner for compliance of the order dated 16.10.2017 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran in Maintenance Case No. 281-M/10 is not being pressed. Learned counsel further submits that the present revision petition be disposed of by directing the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran to dispose of the application Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1372 of 2025(5) dt.17-08-2026 2/2 dated 28.02.2025 filed by the petitioner. 3.
