O R D E R 06.02.2025 CRMC Nos. 155/2017 & 169/2017: Petitioners in these petitions seek quashing of FIR Nos. 11&12 of 2010, registered with Police Station, Vigilance Organization Kashmir, Srinagar and investigation initiated thereunder. During the pendency of these petitions, investigation in aforementioned FIR’s was completed and charge sheets presented before the concerned Court. On the presentation of challans before the Court, the petitioners have filed petitions bearing CRM(M) No. 449/2023, CRM(M) No. 499/2023 & CRM(M) No. 653/2023, seeking quashing of proceedings emanating from the FIR’s in question. In view of filing of subsequent petitions and on the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, instant petitions need not to be gone into, therefore, these petitions are disposed of accordingly.
CRM(M) Nos. 449/2023, 499/2023 & 653/2023: Ms. Rekha Wangnoo, GA, prays for adjournment on the ground that Mr. Mohsin Qadiri, Sr. AAG, is not available today. Adjourned on her request. List on 27.02.2025. Interim direction to continue till next date of hearing before the Bench.
