The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 2.11.2015 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Siddharth Nagar, in Misc. Case No. 962 of 2013, arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., whereby maintenance has been awarded. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
