Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the History sheet 64A opened against the petitioner at Police Station Vijay Nagar District Ghaziabad. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities not to keep surveillance on the petition in pursuance of the aforesaid History sheet." 3. The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the application dated 19.5.2025, filed by the petitioner with regard to the closure of history sheet, is not being decided. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, we direct that the respondent no.2 may decide the application dated 19.5.2025 filed by the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5.
